Chef Tasha Dorsey, widely known as Chef Tasha, is the founder and creative force behind Yummy Creations LA, a Los Angeles–based culinary brand recognized for elevated presentation, seamless execution, and culture-forward hospitality.
What began with handcrafted fruit, cheese, and vegetable platters quickly evolved into a full-service catering company built on intention, detail, and bold creativity. Through consistency, innovation, and an uncompromising standard of excellence, Chef Tasha transformed a passion discovered at age twelve into a respected brand serving corporate clients, private events, and curated dining experiences across Southern California.
Formally trained at Los Angeles Trade-Technical College and Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, Chef Tasha combines classical technique with real-world operational expertise. Her experience spans front-of-house service in Washington, D.C., kitchen production in Atlanta, and leadership as Catering Manager at Bristol Farms, where she refined her skills in team leadership, high-volume execution, and elevated customer service.
Today, Yummy Creations LA delivers a full spectrum of services, from private chef experiences and corporate catering to immersive food activations, all executed with precision, warmth, and unmistakable style. Under Chef Tasha’s leadership, the brand continues to grow while maintaining the personal touch and creative edge that set it apart.
Beyond the kitchen, she is a devoted wife and proud mother of two boys, building a legacy rooted in excellence, faith, and family.
